The more you study advanced science the more it relates to philosophy (Indian philosophies). 👍👍

Sri Ramakrishna said the same thing. It is predetermined. Māya makes us feel that isn't the case. That's just Vedanta though.

Indian philosophy also says that everything repeats after each mahayuga. Like - in every mahayuga Mahabharata and Ramayana happens in a cyclic manner. Everything repeats itself. That's how advance yogis knows future as it already happened in previous mahayuga.

Time is illusory, just like space, solidity and everything else besides Pure Consciousness. What people call 'movement' is an illusion. Nothing ever truly moves, every moment is like a frame in a television show. When you watch a television show, it looks like you're seeing moving images, but the images you are seeing are not moving at all. You are seeing one frozen image after another in rapid succession, so it looks as though you are seeing moving images (even though you're not). Time is like that. Every moment in our lives is like a frozen image, an eternity of its own. And it is possible to both 'rewind' and 'fast-forward' these frozen images - this is known as 'time travel'.

Everyone is Pure Consciousness, which is infinite and eternal, experiencing life in a temporary human form. You can call Pure Consciousness 'God' if you want, but I don't, because the word 'God' has limiting religious connotations that I would rather avoid. Pure Consciousness has free will, but when it assumes temporary human forms (which are us), it experiences predetermined lives. Everything you experience in your life (right down to the most trivial details) was chosen by your true self, Pure Consciousness. Even when some guy on the street punches you in the face. You chose to be punched in the face for whatever reason. I know this is hard to accept. I genuinely do. But it's true all the same. So at the physical level of 'reality', there is no free will. But at the most fundamental level of 'reality', there IS free will.

"You didn't come here to make the choice, you've already made it. You're here to try to understand why you made it."

I can't say for sure that whether this is written in Bhagvad Gita which says :
Jo Hua Acha hua, Jo Ho rha hai woh bhi acha ho rha hai aur jo hoga woh bhi acha hoga😇
It still raises a lot questions but I heard it somewhere.
Maybe everything is cyclical 😶
I am not sure whether the context that I have given is right 🙏

I literally used to think about this when I was 17yeas(and read cosmos by Carl Sagan) old but my elder cousin told me that it's complete bs and told me not to think about it, so I stopped.

Just wonder how these thoughts came into the mind of Indians 1000's of years back

My grand mother always say " hota vo hi hai jo Naseem mae likha hai "
Also we have heard many times
" waqt balwan hai"
"Ram rachit rakha "

Even pandit also see ur kundli and try to predict future
So I think this is all true and our ancestors ( ancient indians ) already discovered it

If every action has an equal and opposite reaction then it can be inferred that existence is an illusion and that only freedom .i.e., brahman alone exists

Damn....same question occured to me two weeks ago and i came to same conclusion using same theory as sir did....that by using laws of physics we can know state of any system at any asked time, even anything related to human behaviour and actions coz ultimately we are also made up of atoms and atoms follow laws of physics

I believe Mr Chavda that Classical mechanics allows determinism but if we go deep in quantum works on chaos and randomness... I believe this theory is pretty much incorrect...Quantum mechanics defies basic logic and is pretty much absurd..like an electron for example..N randomness is good because then we don't rely on things like destiny and fate and have a little bit control of our lives...The very foundation of universe is serendipity....I just hope we aren't being simulated then determinism would prove to be correct and vice versa!! Would like to know your POV on Simulated Universes?
