The black community needs to start entering trade agreements with other countries for our communities. Sounds crazy but i don't know why we couldn't have an ambassador chosen by us to address our needs with countries like China that is everywhere building infrastructure for countries. Or back to Africa to Burkina Faso whose leader Traore has extended the invite for black people to return. It would meet harsh resistance but we have to try something. Our community would need to be more unified for a large plan like that to work.
