I wish these white, latino, asian people who speak about their racists families would start by saying, "black people we know you already know the truth about racism and we are not telling you anything new". I do find it enjoyable to listen to them say these things on youtube, but we all know they love the privilege.

Speaking out against racism would not stop it. What's more...people have a right to believe what they want. Each individual has to change from within...people Speaking up will not force other people to change, it'll just make them defensive.
How many times have you changed your opinion about something because other people spoke against it?

This isn’t a secret, nor a surprise to us. But, what we’re seeing in this young man, is his own awakening, and for that, I applaud him, not just for opening his eyes, but for putting his own people on blast.

Breaking code with his people? He can speak for himself. Not everyone comes from a long line of racists. As long as we think along the lines of "all (insert group) people need to do this, or are like this" racism/bigotry will persist. Focus on yourself and do the best you can.
