You are confusing Parametric Modeling with Feature based modeling and Parametric Modeling with constraint (dimension driven) base modeling . They are not synonymous. Your last point of confusion is @ 3:15 where you show a parametric equation as if it is the same thing a "parameter" or parametric based modeling.... It's not.
