Hey Matt, what would you recommend for pregnant females to supplement with since alot of prenantals have omega3 and dha in them?

what abou the use of DHA in the eye and bluelight destroying it? And the long and short loop's use of DHA?

Is it ok if I take cod liver oil as long as I supplement a large amount of saturated fat? The combination of vitamin A and D3 helps me from getting sick and my strength in the gym. I feel weaker when I get off of it. I'm afraid that it is affecting my thyroid.

I take many supplements, and of course I am supplementing DHA. I would love to know what supplements you consider essential for basic overall health. I'm curious about things like serrapeptase and nattokinase, tumeric...what else should I be throwing in the trash? Love your videos! Thank you for sharing!

2019 Peer Reviewed study at UC says that is incorrect information. This info is from late 2018 Look up “reduce it”

Hey man thanks for the wake up call, i watched the whole video. can you please reply to me here clearly telling me why Omega 3/6 are not essential? Or post a link to this. I didnt understand the cow experiment you talked about.

Kinda gave up on supplements in general.. juice and get the real thing in concentrated form, imo.

Hey Matt. Glad you referenced Peat, so much of your work and effort was pointing to similar conclusions. I found Rays work 4 years ago and it changed my thinking and helped me greatly. Looking forwards to learning of your insights and potential applications of Rays work. All the best!

Wow! I listen to Kruse and thought I needed more DHA, but just not from unstable, rancid fish oils What do you think of eating sardines(was about to try to eat a can a day), salmon, taking Oceans Alive drops and some astaxanthin and zeaxanthin?

What about when you switch from veganism and reallly limit PUFA which when vegan was highly consumed and increase the saturated fats? Will this create a detox cleansing situation where the body is eliminating the stored HUFA and PUFAS?

So interesting, I was taking DHA, and lately I have been detoxing my body and every time I was taking the DHA I was getting nauseous until one day I threw up and I was wondering if my body was rejecting the DHA. This week watching Christina Sutra stories on IG and she said DHA doesn’t resonate with her anymore. And I was surprised because I bought it because of her saying about it so much. And now I was browsing my IG and your video popped up. So I came here and I am like wow. I guess the universe is talking to me to stop taking it
