There's a huge difference between 1) being called stupid names online/being blocked on Facebook/Twitter and 2) losing your job. It's not a big deal for people like Jordan Peterson and Joe Rogan because they are already rich. They will be okay, until they regroup and find their next gig. I'm not saying that makes it right to cave to the mob. Not at all. I'm just saying for regular people, losing their job is a HUGE thing. People don't care about losing Facebook. They care about losing their job/home!

Awesome! Totally agree. I can't tell you how many times a couple of people in my life have said to me. "I cancel and delete what you just said." That's totally BS. I am a very positive and loving person, yet if I say something that is perceived as negative, the 'Cancel delete' folks quickly cut me off. This is not the answer. Thanks for your boldness and honesty JP. You rock!

I agree and am in the middle of cancellation by the Canadian government. This isn’t simple because I no longer have ID or a bank account and I’m with my 2 year old in another country. I lost everything including my health. I still have my son that’s all that keeps me going.

Well said JP. You are exactly on target my friend. A little over 400 years ago, William Shakespeare wrote "To thine own self be true." This line in the play Hamlet remains true today as it was in 1599 and remains an encouragement to stand up for your values and life mission with resolution. Keep the faith brother!
