TOP TIP: I always save old silicon tubes after use. Unscrew the nozzle and push a long rod down the inside of the main tube to force out the internal plunger bung. The silicon will dry after a day or so and is easily removed as one piece with a stick. When the silicon is dry in the nozzle, screw a long screw into the threaded end and pull it out as one solid piece. I then mix cement (or in your case the powdered render) and spoon it into the tube. Tap the nozzle end on the ground every now and then to compact it. Finally push the internal plunger bung back inside the end of the tube. You can now use it to quickly fill deep cracks like repointing between bricks of as in your rendering. I use the same tube over and over again by refilling until the job is done.
