Hi- I was trying to do a Romanian dead lift earlier today and felt my lower back pop.
The pain was excruciating as you have described in the video.
Looking forward to trying these! bring on the rehab :-)

I am 95 KG’s and a PCOD. Patient. Two months back I performed deadlift and suddenly a day after my back pain started.
It was on the lower back and also mainly towards the left side. (Left sacroiliac joint)
It doesn’t radiate to thigh foot and there is no urinary problem. I am going for physiotherapy but I don’t feel relief from back pain. Now the back pain is in the mid back as well because I think my muscles are fatigued very easily. I have taken all the muscle relaxants and etoricoxib
earlier. Currently I’m on pregabalin. Also I got an MRI done and there is disc bulge between 3C4 and disc protrusion between L4L5 What should I do now? I want to continue my weight loss journey.
Please tell how can I recover
