Ok! So the guy who sold me a new battery told me to measure ac voltage with my multimeter when my motorcycle was running just like you explain. If it was anything above something like 0, 7V I should turn it off because it would indicate something bad which would kill the battery. So, I did this test and i showed around 30V so I've been afraid to even start the damn thing.
This explains that. Thanks a lot!

So could you subtract the misread double dc voltage from the reading to get the correct AC voltage?
