I have had several bad trips; and I do not regret any of them. Also, the visuals are the tip of the iceberg. Most of the trip is emotional and introspective; which is why it's impossible to describe.

the biggest problem with the modern day resurgence of interest in psychedelics is people portraying them as harmless. Psychedelics should never be taken lightly, they are not party drugs, and they can have disastrous consequences for people with undiagnosed psychiatric disorders. Not to mention horrific experiences for people with buried trauma. Now can unearthing trauma be helpful, ofcourse, it can also be completely overpowering and unhealthy when it is in an uncontrolled environment. I had a great friend who was the biggest advocate for psychedelics, such a bright, talented young man. In the end, he had become completely schizophrenic and jumped out of his window. There's vto many people extolling the virtues of hilucinogens, trying to be hip, who knows nothing of what there talking about.

Why are people always associating paranoia with bad trips?!? Like the second something is uncomfortable it’s automatically bad, give that paranoia a couple minutes to marinate you might find it turns into something special, eye opening, or dare I say it life changing. If I had run from my bad trips I may have never experienced ego death and the true peace of mind that comes with it.
