2024-2025 RAV4 Oil Capacity: With filter - 4.3 L or 4.5 qt.; Without filter - 4.0 L or 4.2 qt.
Oil Filter Part Number: OEM - 90915-10009; FRAM - TG4967.
Drain Plug Gasket Part Number: 90430-12031.
Drain Plug Torque: 30 lbf-ft.

I've never filled a filter with oil in 60 years of doing all my own work, totally not needed. I also don't use suspenders.

В РФ, в мануале тоже указано масло 0w16 API SN или SN PLUS, но допускается и 0W20, 5W20, 5W30, 10W30 и даже 15W40. И ещё в мануале указано что при эксплуатации авто на высоких скоростях или с высокой загрузкой, предпочтительным является масло с более высокой вязкостью чем 0W16.
Я сам использую зимой - 0W20, летом -5W30 API SN или SP, но учитывая качество бензина, меняю масло по моточасам - 250-300 м/ч (на дисплее RAV-4 есть такая настройка), что соответствует 7 - 8 тыс.км (4500-5000 миль).

The oil filter area is quite crammed. Easier to remove the access panel behind the front wheel.

Also how do you get the car to run the new oil for a few minutes, before actually driving??

I have a Rav4, I normally drive it about 6k miles per year. Should I replace the oil every 12 months or 6 months ?
