What is a dot product? What is a cross product? What are the differences between a dot product and a cross product? This video covers the dot and cross products in the context of physics. There's a brief review of the most important basics of vectors as well as discussion about the properties of the dot and cross products, including an allusion to the triple products.

Don't forget to subscribe. I make videos on advanced physics and math topics, as well as programming.

Thank you!

Two comments...
1) You use the term perpendicular when you really should be using orthogonal.
2) When calculating the determinant of the 3x3 for the cross product, shouldn't you be SUBTRACTING the product involving the j-hat unit vector?
