There was this lemonade stand on the side of the road, I stopped because it was a very hot day. Thank God I did because it was a lemonade stand run buy a mother and daughter. I asked, " how much for 1 cup?" the mother said, " any amount, the money is for the fires in maui. I was touched and paid $2.00 for 2 lemonades, it was all I had, and I'm so glad that I could help, even if it was just $2.00.

I am so grateful for you guys helps us bc I live in Lahaina and house was burnt down and I lost my dog in the fire 😢 we were all on the beach at time of the fire but we couldn’t make it home in time to save house and house dog so I am very grateful that ur family is so happy to help all of us in Lahaina

as someone who lives on the Hawaiian Islands (Oahu) born and raised here in Hawaii. This is really touching to hear. I'm so sorry you had to experience that, I have family who live there that no joke made me cry so hard. I'm a 13-14 year old and the fact that this happened is so sad. I had cousins who lived in Lahaina and the fire is still going, and I think you guys got out before they got the tourists out. I'm so glad you guys are starting the fundraising. Lahaina was always a great place to have. It's scary to be in that situation. I'm glad you guys got out, but I kinda wish the kanaka maoli's like me could get out. I hope you keep those and never forget the love that we have for you guys, Hawaii will always give love and ohana. My family hates the fact that tourists come but I think it's a good thing. But thank you for this!! 🤍 I know your not going to see this but js know this means a lot

Im not sure whether anyone will read this but I just wanted to say that my heart goes out to those incredibly brave people in Maui. May the Heavenly Father watch over them and provide support for them in this difficult time. Tiffany and the whole of the Nelson family are so benevolent and I know the good Lord is so proud of the amazing work they are putting in to help the people less fortunate than themselves

Just in those parts where Tiffany was crying I wanted to jump through my screen and give her a hug it hurts me cause she cares for her family so much and to be in that situation with lots of kids and how brave and courageous she was being and trying not to worry the kids just proves she is an amazing mother

I am so sorry for the people in Maui and I really hope they are all get better and will heal soon. Its a miracle that the not enough Nelson’s were able to escape and I really wish for everyone else left in Hawaii, are able to get back to their normal lives soon!

Can we just take a moment to appreciate what she did? She kept a smile on her face in a ruff time so she would not freak out her kids because she truly cares. She asked her kids there opinions before doing anything because she wanted to make sure they where ok with it. She made smart decisions and new what to do. She made sure her kids where ok and put all 16 of them first before herself. What a caring mother. She made sure everyone had water and a charge electronic and that they felt safe and where ready witch truly shows that she cares. You are a amazing mother and you did above and beyond in a hard situation. Love your family💗
