S15 SR20DET rattle :(

Bought the car %100 stock and this is noise has gotten so much worse haha.

So far here’s what I have replaced.
- Brand new OEM timing chain kit
- Brand new OEM timing chain tensioner
- Brand new OEM VTC cam gear
- Brand new OEM Lifters X8 (bled twice)
Plus many other modifications. The only thing I haven’t replaced is the VTC solenoid, which may have caused the original and now my second VTC cam gear to fail.

The noise goes away after I start driving the car (makes a really loud chain slap sound then just disappears) and only returns when you first start it. Maybe caused by a faulty VTC solenoid not supplying the VTC cam gear with enough oil pressure? VTC solenoid on order. I may have to replace the VTC cam gear again along with the new VTC solenoid....
