Nissan S13 Sr20det Engine Noise Ticking Sound

I was driving around, all the sudden I lose boost, now the engine revs like it's N/A, I checked for leaks, didn't see any. And the engine makes this weird intermittent ticking sound. I would love to know what you think is going on here.
