This video explains the "Fracture of the fibular neck in the LEG" and its complications!!

Fibular fractures are common in sports, especially those that involve running, jumping, or quick changes of direction such as football, basketball, and soccer.
Fractures of the proximal fibula are significantly associated with injuries to the ligamentous and neurovascular structures. And the most vulnerable structure is the common fibular nerve which is also known as the common peroneal nerve.

This video is an excellent conclusion for the medical and physiotherapy/occupational therapy students who are studying the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system.

ENJOY !!

I just fractured my fibula after having been kicked by a horse. Based on what I learned on this video, I'm counting my lucky stars.
