In my all runs I also never achieve education tanzimat so I start digging why, then I found one post on Reddit. You really need 42% literacy to fill a progress bar. Possible goal, but the hardest achievement for sure, with a lot effort to make it.

I really struggle with micromanaging Production Methods, especially in mid-late game. Do you have any tips on making that easier? Other than clicking on each building individually?
