In life, whether you are a believer in the Big man upstairs overseeing us, rest assured, someone is always watching you, thinking of you, praying for you, hoping to be with you forever.

If only one other person acknowledges you, you are validated.

When we struggle with adversity in life, whether by our own means, or even contribution from others, you always have to take away the bigger picture and be positive. For instance:

1. A bad relationship: be thankful you found out your partner was toxic before you tied the knot.
2. A bad job: maybe the job was very hey, the timing was perfect, due to your circumstnaces.
3. Challenging and estranged relationships with family, or in-laws: short term, they are bad, but in the long term, it only makes you strong when you start your own family, and beyond, because you have mental notes from you experience regarding pitfalls to avoid.

And the list goes on.

There is an old saying, "there is a little good in all evil". Trials happen to everyone to test us.

When all else fails, look at life this way:

A. If you started off the day bad, long as you ended it on a good note, feel good.
B. You may have started the week off bad, but came back good.
C. The year was pretty crumby, until you got to the Holidays, and it brightened your mood....rejoice.

Blame shifting, lack of accountability, treatment of others, are very good fundamental fixes one can make, or as many of us men say a lot, "work on yourself".

You cannot blame women for seeing these types of guys as low value. As a matter of fact, I agree with them. As a male myself our ladies are trusting us to lead the relationship, provide a vision, even if it is a little murky at times. The male at the end of the day has to take the baton.

No woman wants their man hurled up in the corner of the room, or throwing insults at everyone. Be respectful to all around you, even the challenging ones.

Ladies want to be proud of their men who are respected, because it raises both of your levels a few notches.
