Louisina territory would definitely remain loyal to the French Empire and never would have wanted independence from France unlike thirteen colonies of British Empire so France would be the dominant power of the world.

There would have been a war for New Orlands. We were going to pay that 15 million just for the city of New Orlands. We saw the Louisiana purchas as a plus with New Orlands. You also needed to take in acount the despute of the oragan teritory as England, Spain, Mexico and the United states desputed over that very fertel and rich land. Also, need to add the British control of Canada into the picture as well.

I mean...we have the answer to this question in Florida, Texas, and California lol. If Louisiana had not been purchased then eventually it would have been acquired by the United States through other means ha ha.
