Well optimised software + voice assistant we already had Apple for that, its for the things Apple doesn't provide like 1. Good displays 2. Bigger batteries 3. New Design that people opt for Samsung and honestly the Pixel phones lack all these three things and look simply ugly!

Not inspiring designs, but I think Google is just trying to capture their core Nexus base and some of the iPhone crowd that do not care for aesthetics. They're not trying to compete with Samsung or HTC directly. I just disappointed by the prices.

ONLY OS UPDATES FOR 2 YEARS!?!?! Even though they might slow down your phone it is nice to know that your phone can support the latest updates, especially if it is running stock android. They should especially be giving AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF SOFTWARE UPDATES since it is THE SAME PRICE AS THE IPHONE 7. The hardware and software is great, but only for 2 years! :( :( :( :( :( I was planning to get this over the iPhone 7 or the HTC 10 or the Note 7 but now I am not sure since Apple updates the phones the most, and the other Android phones have cooler features. One of the best things about the Pixel Phones is the UNLIMITED GOOGLE PHOTOS STORAGE AT FULL RESOLUTION/QUALITY, as well as the greatest smartphone camera. HOPEFULLY IF OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT ONLY 2 YEARS OF UPDATES AS WELL, THEN GOOGLE MIGHT BUMP IT UP TO 4 YEARS, BUT THAT IS VERY UNLIKELY. 😭
