Omg...So many hours that I have been on this problem, keep uninstalling / reinstalling phpmyadmin, apache, without success, and your video has solved everything! Thank you !

For others, make sure that you replace in commands lines the php version by YOUR current php version (for me, it was PHP 8.0)
