In this video I have shared with you all the things that I Did to cure my 15 year old allergies ( sinus infection, allergic rhinitis and asthma) from the roots.
It was extremely uncomfortable to live with sinusitis, allergic rhinitis and asthma for so many years especially when medicines also stop working for you.
Getting rid of allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and asthma all of them together. And being able to breathe normally in just 15 days with these yogic and ayurvedic treatment and practices at home was like a miracle. These are 100% natural.

Bless you! I had lung tests, etc, today and was offered a steroid inhaler, I certainly prefer your advice! I have had lifelong eczema, asthma, hay fever, sinusitis, etc! I'm tired of steroids, antihistamines, poor sleep, stomach pain, explaining, avoidance, outdoor events and too friendly pets! My grandmother lived to 97 and took no drugs, she showed me the benefit of fresh foods, exercise, relaxing thoughts and fresh air as medicine, I remember these now and I'm so grateful to you both! 🙋🇦🇺👍

Am allergic to cold, dust, pollen, perfumes almost everything, for the last 5 yrs sneezing, coughing and difficulty in breathing especially at night ..The problem seems to be worsening with time ..before i knew what it was actually i used cetirizine, antibiotics ..but now just taking warm water just confused and praying that one day i will live a normal life .. I dont do much in life for a living because of this .

For histamine issues, tomatoes, tamarind, banana, oranges are best avoided. Cooked tomatoes are ok in small quantities. Avoid frozen packaged foods like nuggets, kebabs etc.

Last 2 years I have suffered from allergic rhinitis and severe breathing problem. Thanks to almighty that I have found Dr. Rabin Barman, top homeopathic physician in our country, who is also a gold medalist in homeopathy. A very useful video ! In addition I will like to contribute my experience that --- jalneti with Luke warm water, try to learn sutra neti also, warm water gargles, and of course steam intake with five drops of Amrit dhara at least two times a day after gargles !! Acupressure on the fingertips of hands and feet, putting cows ghee in the nose and in the navel !! And above all at least half an hour PT then half an hour yoga then half an hour pranayam in the morning !! In the night it is highly advisable that have half an hour normal walk, never go to the bed with heavy stomach ! It will take only 15 days to 1 month for the patient of allergy to get rid of his problem !! 🙏🙏

You are a gifted and inspiring teacher. Just getting started with the movements provided on the video directed at blocked nose, and following along with you provided a calm I have not felt in many months, as I continue to struggle with my impaired nose breathing (after prolonged (and very ill-advised) dependence on an Rx pain (CNS-level) medication that adversely affected all aspects of my breathing). Looking forward to continuing with you here at YouTube. I so wish I lived in Delhi so that I could learn from you in person.

In order to cure allergies you should know upon the origin of every allergy. A book in German written for medical students describes this in the following manner: In any case there will arise an allergy when an allergene coming from the outside will meet an antigene in the human body. Every antigene is coupled with a toxin that the concerned person has absorbed from the outside, in the most cases with the food. When you will be able to eliminate a toxin from the human body completely, the belonging allergy will disapperar simultaneously. So you will have to detoxify your body to relieve all your allergies. It is well known, that the most efficient remedy to detoxify the human body is swallowing castor oil in a regular manner. I know upon this from my own experience for in this manner I have lost all my allergies: My dermatologist had me given up and he was really astonished when he saw me later completely cured!

I got allergic rhinitis after covid . I have a deviated septum as a genetic issue but it never caused me allergy until I got covid . One side of nose is blocked but breathing was never an issue . It only gets problematic when nose gets stuffy due to allergy
