My 100% P&T was reduced a few months later after the award. The VA said they made a clear and unmistakable error. They reduced me to 70%. I worked my way back up to 90% with a TDIU P&T. I will wait 5 years and then go for the solid 100% Thanks to you and 2-3 other YouTube channels, I did my own work.

Damn!!!! As an Advocate by trade myself...Dewayne K. you kill it on these videos you put out. Tap that inner dog folks, get EDUCATED, and ADVOCATE for yourself. 23.5 years ago, the VA got the best of me. Fast forward 23.5 years later, totally a different story. Watched all these videos from KMD89, Combat Craig, CIVDIV, and Veteran Info Tap pushed me to open up 38 CFR, M21-1 Manual, DBQ's, and other resources. They trained us how to be soldiers and to never quit...DO NOT QUIT. Get out there and be your best own advocate. Get some! Thank you D!

I must admit the VA is not the veterans friend. It is extremely difficult to find out in a step by step format to get from beginning to a successful conclusion. It is daunting to say the least. You are doing a terrific job to educate us to get a rating that is fair. Thanks for trying to educate my stupid mind on following the VA roadmap that is in my opinion against the Veteran.

Hey Dwayne, current rater here. Based on my experience with other raters, I wasn't surprised when after I submitted a sufficient and actionable dbq and mo for migraines that an ace exam was immediately ordered. I will let you know how it all turns out.

I had a Mental Health C&P Exam. My Supplemental Claim decision didn't include the results or rating for the Mental Health. VA can't explain why no rating.
