Lucy chen(police officer) went out on a date with a guy but he kidnapped her and barried her alive in the ground before her did that he put a tattoo on her it was DOD(day of death) since she's a police officer they noticed she didn't show up to work her roommate is one of her coworkers and he told them that she didn't come home from the bar so the guy she was dating (caleb) forced a detective to come and see her but the other police officers found out and they found her

DOD12919 is not really clear as to what date he wanted to state.
So was the date of death supposed to be 12-9-2019 (December 9, or the 12th of September); or is it 1-29-2019 (making it January 29th)? It depends if her abductor used the American or European way of numbering dates.

Or - being a bad ass abductor, maybe he went rogue and used his own system - perhaps 2012-9-19 - making it Sept 19?
