Lucy chen(police officer) went out on a date with a guy but he kidnapped her and barried her alive in the ground before her did that he put a tattoo on her it was DOD(day of death) since she's a police officer they noticed she didn't show up to work her roommate is one of her coworkers and he told them that she didn't come home from the bar so the guy she was dating (caleb) forced a detective to come and see her but the other police officers found out and they found her

She is one of the main characters in a cop serie called Rookie. Her colleagues find her because she left a clue to them right where he dug her down - a ring or something. While they dug her out he got shot and killed.

SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE “BURIED”


In Buried a guy gets buried alive in a wooden coffin, which starts to leak sand which eventually fills up the coffin before he’s dead. This would be pretty bad, drowning in sand.

Maybe someone can give more info, but I actually think the scenario in “Lucy” wouldn’t be the worst way to go.

The claustrophobia wouldn’t be fun, but those panicked breaths would probably deplete the oxygen supply fairly quick, and I imagine after not too long you’d pass out rather than suffocate while still awake.

Apparently there’s even a certain euphoria one gets while suffocating, (probably from the brain shutting down)

As previously mentioned though, if someone could give better info would be appreciated.
