This may sound weird but sometimes when I watch your channel, I forget that it's vegan. Like, to me this is just delicious, nourishing recipes that look absolutely beautiful and that I really to try out! Thank you for making veganism so approachable and delicious. ❤

I admire the fact that she works so hard to get 3 recipes out every week, I would run out of idea after a year. Who would not love her, soothing voice, great personality and working hard!

Sadia, A big thank you from Holland. My sister, mom and I started living a vegan lifestyle and also started incorporating some minimalistic elements. We have different motives tho: save the planet (all), fight high blood pressure (mom), become a home made chef (sister) and support an athletic and active life (my sister and I). Even our dad doesn’t eat meat anymore, and cut down on dairy!

Because of the partial lockdown my sister and I, who study in different cities, live at home at our parent’s house for a few weeks and we reconnect and every night cook amazing dishes for each other. And of course, half of the recipes are yours haha!

You and the people you work with and connect with here on this channel have played a very, very big role in this. This is a safe haven for people who for example watch the Game Changers and want to make this lifestyle their own. It’s because of you guys we proudly carry the name vegan, and I always recommend PUL to everyone interested. Keep inspiring, and we hope you all stay safe and healthy during this pandemic. Much love from Arnhem (and Delft and Groningen)

I'm an Indian. So curry is everything to us. Really liked your version of curries. Thanks for making people aware that curries, naan, etc are really worth testing. They are enriched with a lot of nutrients as well. Hope to see your next video soon.

2:25 as a nepali, I can confirm that my mom does this when cooking curry all the time - I definitely believe this is the biggest difference in western and eastern cooking

We made the potato and peas recipe and it was delicious, everytime we try your recipes we feel like we are eating at a five stars restaurant. I don’t like cooking but your recipes are so rewarding that I always get excited making them knowing it is going to be so good.

Non-vegetarian here and I just love using your recipes. I usually don't add meat, but will use actual yogurt or cheese when calling for vegan fake dairy. Your recipes are so flavorful and comforting

Amazing recipes, Sadia!! As an Indian, I can see that though these are all adapted recipes, you have done your research on Indian techniques of cooking, from marinating with yoghurt to roasting whole/ground spices instead of just adding in "curry powder". Fun fact to those who might be unaware: traditional Indian dishes like Aloo Matar [peas and potato] or Palak paneer/tofu (spinach and Indian cottage cheese/tofu for those of us who prefer to veganise the dish) all have unique names and aren't all called "curry", and so no one uses "curry powder"! Also, thank you SO MUCH for just saying "naan" instead of "naan bread". Can't tell you how happy I am <3 As always, I'm waiting for your next video already :D

Your vegan butter chicken with roasted tofu is known as "Shahi Paneer" in India. Love your voice 👌

LITERALLY was thinking just yesterday that curry must be the most comforting dish - SO good for these times! And naan, oh my God! This is perfect, Sadia! Thank you!!

YESSS!!! Vegan cooking does not have to be boring and flavorless people! Indian cooking is so easy to vegan-ize, I love it!

You really need to give "Palak Panner" a try .. u can use tofu instead of paneer to make it vegan. It tastes incredible with either roti/naan/rice. Another amazing Indian "curry" that I would like an vegan alternative is for "Methi Mattar Malai" (Fenugreek based curry). If you can develop some vegan recipe for it, it would be incredible !

I love that she didn't try to call naan "pita bread" or "flatbread" 😂😂🙄❤️
