Guys I did it and it worked on me. But this is what I did I made the paste and the I got a hot towel and put it one my knees. To open the gunk and everything. Then I put the paste and I circled my knees and spread it in circular motion. Then I got the towel hot and I put it on top on my knees and then I wiped it of. After that I took the paste of my knees and my elbows I scrubbed them and then I put lotion and then they were so much better I hope that helps 😊
