It is no Joke! It's the holy grail!! I have a few things I use it for but my favorite usage is turning an engine over by hand. The rachet makes it so easy without taking the socket off the crank bolt. Long live Snap On! I started buying them 50yrs ago.

I have a Snappy 1/2 breaker bar. Want to say 18". It's well over 12 years old, and I've used it for everything, but mostly over-torqued lug nuts. Can't say I've had a single issue with it. Still going very strong. No abnormal wear.

When I need it to be speedy, I just had a ratcheting adapter.

Just got a 1/2” drive 24” Tekton. It’s also seriously no joke for $58. Not dissing SO but it’s worth looking into

I call mine big bertha. I use it whenever I can. My mentor does, too. Its also really good for extracting broken wheel locks

Great for us truck mechanics for removing filters and drain plugs when servicing

I usually grab the 1/2 inch Milwaukee. If that don't get her I just grab my 36 inch breaker bar. And if that fails I use heat and a long jack handle to effectively have a 7 foot breaker bar😂

I went to a SnapOn dealer and told him I needed a long 1/2 ratchet. He had the 24 in chrome handles and there was some mistake, can’t remember what exactly, but he got them cheaper. I’ve only had to fix it once, but I put it through hell almost every time I got it out.

25 years ago I made my own 1/2” long handle flex head ratchet. I bought the 1/2” flex head ratchet and a 2’ breaker bar then pressed the head pins out and swapped the heads around. That was one of my better ideas and the custom ratchet is still going strong! Now you can buy the 2’ flex head ratchet from SnapOn

Does your hinge bolt come loose on yours? I have the same ratchet and I've had to tighten mine multiple times.

I’m questioning the length of my snap on 1/2 ratchet now.. I don’t think it’s 24”, it’s a newer one with the locking flex maybe 17? I forget. Also have a 3/4 ratchet with a few handle lengths for extremely stubborn or big stuff. When it comes to ratchets snap on is the best

I was hoping i would like the extra long 1/4 drive but it just sits around.

New one? I've had a 24" soft grip flex head for like fifteen years

I went straight for the big bastard. If I need a 1/2" ratchet. I want all the torque.
