Symptoms of ADD and ADHD

Adult deficit disorder is found mainly in children but it can affect adults as well. There are 3 categories of symptoms for ADHD. There are: Inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. People with ADD or ADHD can lack focus, become disorganized and restless. Also, people with ADD or ADHD tend to talk excessively without listening to other people's points during a conversation. ADD and ADHD can be treated but, it must be diagnosed first. A doctor is the person who will help you with the best treatments.
