This is not a kraut making video but more just trying out that antique meat and cheese cutter patented in 1918 it might not be that old but that is the date that's on it, as it turned out it actually worked pretty good as a kraut cutter. below is a link to my first video on this gadget:

I kind of like that slicer. I may like that better than the food processor. It seems like it may be easier to clean.

Looks like that old slicer works good, better than some of the newer ones they make today. Just watch the fingers. LoL
