April 24, 2023
Although we logically understand that illness and death are inevitable, what could it look like to play an active role in how those experiences impact our day-to-day lives?
Join Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Tamara Statz as she discusses resilience and what it looks like to bring our strengths to the table when living with chronic or terminal illness as we age.
Tamara L. Statz, MA, LMFT, FT specializes in adult mental health with a focus on grief and loss, chronic and terminal illness, caregiving, dementia, and life transitions such as retirement in her private practice.
In addition to her clinical work through her private practice Vibrant Living, LLC, Tamara is an adjunct instructor at Saint Mary's University in Minnesota in both the Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy master's programs. In her free time Tamara enjoys walking her dog, snuggling her cat, reading, and many cross-stitch and embroidery projects.
She is passionate about the mental health of older adults and their families and is honored to be a part of her client's lives.
