Your own social, intellectual, emotional, physical, and spirtual wellness are all necessary pieces in maintaing this wellbeing. Similarly, reslience comes from your mindset; plan for when you are at your best, stay positive, and accept the diagnosis along with the challenges it may bring. And most importantly, continue to practice self compassion and be understanding toward yourself.
