And coming next: The Square™

A group of tightly intersecting lines, that cross over in a grid-like pattern - Lines lined with transportation opportunities, such as cars, buses, trains, and walking paths; allowing a myriad of travel choices. These lines radiate out from a central nexus point (called the 'CLD' - the Central Line District).

And within the grid, in the dead space, are called 'Blocks'. Blocks contain a 'block' of solid buildings, with no Lines inbetween, which can be accessed from four sides by each of the lines surrounding it.

The megacity is made up of these Blocks, which radiate out from the CLD - In the pinnacle of efficient city design.

I had a dream one time where I was in a society that lived in the same building, it was a whole city inside of the building that was higher than the Eiffel tower, and the floors were sorted by social classes, the people who worked in the fields lived at the bottom, then the poor progressively until the richest elite at the top. People never had to leave the city/building, and never had to leave their floor because it had everything and there was nowhere else to go to anyways.
If I remember right in my dream a group of students from middle class were able to go to a better school in a higher floor, because they were very good and had passed the contest or something. So the story followed one of them and he was realizing how different the higher class people were, etc, and there was a love story with a student that was actually from the elite but had asked to study in a lower floor, but I won't tell more. That was so interesting, I still can't believe I had a dream so interesting. But the thing is that it was still a dystopian world with a lot of messed up things and mentalities.
A true city of the future will start with people being more tolerant of each other, with equal rights for everyone. You can have the most futuristic looking city and still have people inside with a mentality of the middle age.

Ah, that’s a fancy prison… It’s like, someone read the Forerunner Halo saga and thought it would be cool to build a giant prison that also doubled as a super weapon and research facility for a deadly parasitic life-form, however we just didn’t have the technology for that so they went with this terrible idea instead.
