They are going to build a brand new airport hosting 120 million people a year and work hasn't even started and do this all in 6 years???? Subway with technology that doesn't exist??? I think what's gonna happen is only a small portion will be build and these construction towns will become the slums that supply the workers and the small part that is built will be for tourists and the upper class.

I think the line is very unrealistic. I assume this will be quiet expensive to live in but at the same time who wants to live in such a prison? Compared to all the places on the world it would come last on my list. Saudi is building it to become famous really quick after it has been sleeping for decades. In my opinion it’s not attractive and I have not seen many positive comments regarding the line. Alone cutting an environment into 2 is insane, all those animals which can’t pass anymore. As well the mirrored surface which will emphasize the heat around it and multiply it. I don’t know who came up with this shitty project . But good luck 🍀

Will the ships be towed? Cruise ships running on diesel emit an incredible amount of thick smoke, smaller ships usually emit a lot of petrol fume how would they handle this if they have ship traffic running right through the enclosed building?
If the marina is actually this big, there would be multiple ships constantly going in and out.
