A recipe for a creamy, flavorful Marsala Sauce from scratch!
This easy-to-follow recipe will guide you through the process of creating a delicious homemade sauce that's perfect for elevating any dish.

Ingredients:

Shallots
Garlic
Shiitake mushrooms
Oyster mushrooms
Portobella mushrooms
Butter
Clarified butter
White Marsala wine
Sugar
Veal gloss

Instructions:

Heat the pan to medium-high heat
Add the butter to the pan
Sauté the shallots, garlic, shiitake, oyster, and Portobella mushrooms until they're cooked down.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add a little clarified butter to prevent drying out.
Add a touch of white wine, quite a lot of Marsala wine and a tablespoon of sugar.
Add veal gloss and let the mixture reduce until it's syrupy.
Turn off the heat halfway through the reduction process.

Little tip for cooking msuhrooms, your usually better cooking them on a dry pan for a bit and then adding oil or butter, give it a try and you'll see what I mean
