Thanks to this channel and the great chef instructor that he is I’ve been able to extremity enhance the cooking in my house. I’m 57 and purchased my first cast iron skillet about four months ago. I’ve been making dinners for my fiancé and my Son and have received great reviews. Tonight I cooked Chicken Marcela and was very nervous about it. It use to be my go to dinner in restaurants when I would order. So trying it myself was nerv-racking. Thanks to this channel it truly was an amazing dish and she said it was my best dish yet. I actually get excited about cooking.

mushrooms and thyme! good! And yeah! He’s so cute cooking and all his yummy description words. My hubby is Italian so I’ve been cooking this for awhile, but I’ll try a few different things done on here such as cooking mushrooms longer etc. and yes, ALWAYS serve it on fettuccine or such, it’s a must! 😊
