This recipe is really good. Tried it several times. A couple things though - 1. Make sure you let the Wine & Chicken stock cook down, even if it takes 15 or 20 minutes. 2. Add 1 Tsp each of dried thyme & Rosemary in when you add the mushrooms....it just adds another nice layer of flavor. 3. Cut the chicken breast in 1/2 long ways and pound them....it really helps with even cooking. 4. Use cast iron skillet if you have one....I think it really helps with browning. 5. Tried it with noodles but this recipe was made to be put on a pile of creamy mashed good!

As a super beginner, this was so easy to cook going by your full recipe. I love that you even listen substitute wines! I have pretty bad adhd so seeing the recipe in word form keeps me from having to pause the video twenty times. Greatly appreciated. ❤

I made this tonight. It turned out much better than I expected. Simple prep and cooking and had good flavor. A few tips; I think using a cast iron skillet it important as it puts a nice crust on the chicken. I used chicken tenderloins and I also used chicken stock instead of broth. The reduction time is obviously much longer than shown in the video but very important if you want rich flavor. I will definitely make this again. It was very good.
