So great! I get my clients who can’t have dairy to add this in. So good for calcium 🥰

I use it like guys use chewing tobacco, and then chew it up and eat it. All I know is that when I don’t use it, I don’t feel as healthy, and my hair starts to fall out the way most peoples hair falls out at my age. When I have it regularly I never have hair strands coming out when I run my hand through my hair.
