I want to make my own Japanese seaweed salad… now when the ingredients say: wakame, and I go to the store to get it… the stuff never comes out to bright green strips of seaweed, only really dark green squares. How the heck to you get the bright green wakame that’s in thin strips?! I cannot find the answer.
