These are awesome meditations Alex you have a very calming hypnotic voice. Could you maybe do a meditation on trusting the body's power to heal itself and the power of mind/body? Sometimes I lose that hope in recovery. Cheers

I have been doing your meditations for almost two weeks now. I am already noticing a difference in my outlook. I've tried to meditate for years but have been very sporadic with my efforts. Often feeling like I'm doing nothing and "should" be doing something. You've assisted me in realizing that I am in fact doing exactly what I need to do. Thank you. Coming from a place where I suffered severe health anxiety this felt amazing . I need to do more of these, I did feel A little resistance but this is exactly what is needed in my life so I can trust my body again ! Thank you

Thank you Alex for these mediations I love them all they help so much I do one twice a day since doing the 21 day challenge it has put me on the right path. The sleep meditation are great at night.
