I was 338, found Dr. Mike, and now I'm on my 4th meso and I'm down to 295. I'm really excited to be getting closer and closer to a healthy weight so I can do more fun things with my son. Thank you Dr. Mike!

Dr. Mike. You are amazing. This is exactly what I needed right now in my fat loss journey. I have gone from 326 to 285 and my goal weight is around 235. But I have stalled out a bit over the last 3-4 months. I am excited to change things up, hit some better SFR exercises and continue my progress. Thanks for being a great inspiration!

Thanks for the info, as always. As someone who’s been obese since childhood when I saw your old TedX talk last year it totally changed the way I approach eating and I’ve been following the advice in your content for training and eating ever since. I was close to 400 lbs at the beginning of this year and I’m on track to be under 300 by February.

Well timed sir! This is the end of the last week of my bulk phase, and after a week of rest I'll be going into my first cut phase (this is my first REAL well planned, well executed mesocycle in decades)

Started at 352, 4 months ago, 287 at the moment, just tapered off to maintenance, listened to almost every video from Dr.Mike, too broke to get the app but I have a full note pad of notes from his videos, it actually works, without driving me up the walls either !

Definitely needed this. Beginner trying to lose fat, definitely been trying to hit PRs too quickly with too much fatigue. Started going a bit farther from failure (3rir instead of 1 or 0) and adding one rep per week. Thank you, as always.

I went from 100kg to 85kg in 4 months, mostly with a caloric deficit and some cardio(walking mostly, couldn't run), I've also started going to the gym 2 months ago with the plan to build some muscle to replace the fat, the scale isn't going down as fast as before but I can see the belly slowly go away(most of the pants that I had before are too big now), still need to loose like another 10-15kg to get to my desired weight of 70-75 kg(I'm short at 1.65m), I've been watching a lot of RP videos and other science based weight lifting videos and started slowly applying what I learned. This video comes at a perfect time for me to check on some more tips and tricks so thanks Dr Mike!

Will the RP Hypertrophy app have a feature for this in the future ? Can i tell it if in a Fat Loss phase and it adjusts the volumes and weights accordingly ?
