This is where "Oak & Iron" truly started. During the pandemic when so many issues were created, Lindsey Dias designed and built a fitness studio in her garage attached at home. She decided to open a smaller, more-private space where she and other trainers could continue working with their clients and promoting health. The private garage gym became increasingly popular as clients enjoyed the ability to get in a great workout and take their mind off the global pandemic. Seeing the demand for a space like the one she created, Lindsey had enough insight to explore the idea of opening a commercial gym.
