Hi how can i fix my keyboard because its typing other letters that isn't necessary for me. here are the keys that do this c = xc, d = sd, s = sd, w = we, x = xc, i just deleted the keys that were not necessary so that you can see which keys are broken.

I have a laptop which I want to upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10 so I install windows media creation then clicked on upgrade this pc then the installer do its stuff and at last I choose keep my files and apps the hit install and then windows starts to install on my laptop but when it get around 70% the the installation fails and a popup shows up WINDOWS 10 FAILED TO INSTALL I have done this process 3 time but the same error shows up every time
Can you help me out with this problem?
