What is clear to me here far far more than the art itself is the understanding of the tattoo process.... he packs colour with liners and pretty much exclusively heavy black work yet the trauma to the skin seems very minimal... he has the perfect touch and understanding of needle depth and how to work the skin.. plus it’s free hand so yeah.... master
