PRI, in a sense, fixs the range of motion and on me it has done miracles, but after watching Conor Harris and, only now, you, i’m a sort of afraid of basic, static and dynamic stretches. Don’t get me wrong, the problem doesn’t come from you. I feel like when i try them i get that state of “extension” so all the progress kinda go back. But what i’m searching is the range of motion that pri gives combined with elasticity of muscle that you get with stretch. Is there a way?
