Its also important to have nothing else on your mind. If there is something personal bugging you it will distract you from your game. I notecid this very heavely by becoming very inconsistent (one game 30 bomb next one 3 kills) and even deranking. Before you play make sure your mind is clear of anything negative

i feel like communication is a big void in silvers, a few pop up here and there and dont talk at all

6:24, wow! When I heard this: lack of confidence - immediately some scenes appeared in my head. Good awareness, thanks :)

You don't need good aim in silver rank. You need to use "rush" as your callout every start of the round.

Maybe show some actual footage of gameplay from the ranks, actuals mistakes and errors, like how to hold angles, rotate, buy, etc, not just pro gameplay.

In my experience, the premier matchmaking is way worse than normal mm. I've gotten really toxic teammates and AFK'ers in 5 out of 5 matches I played. Never played it again

Csgo is so weird now with a huge playerbase, before to see your skill group or unlock your rank, players were paired with similar players, but now noob players are paired with corporal or major rank players

Ngl gold nova excuse is right. I was stuck in gold for a long time, if I didn't start playing gold nova premade I'd never get out of it. Teammates are just baaaad. I realise this just now because I started smurfing. Silvers and master guardians are possible to carry, but (real) gold novas are pain in the ass, no matter who you playing against

Strangely, Premier Mode's Solo Queue teammates are way worse than normal MM. Also I stopped it completely, only playing there if a mission for the operation requires it - because every single game people choose Mirage, Dust II, Inferno, literally no one chooses Overpass, Nuke, Vertigo or any of the other maps, probably 20-30 games in a row on Mirage, Dust and Inferno.

I'm LEM but I have smurf accounts in every ranks (also Global, but that's not "smurfing" maybe :D). My mechanical skills sucks compared to other LEM's but my game sense is better. I agree some points of this video but...

In silver players might be okay doing one thing. Some can aim, some can give info, some people know the map and can rotate and maybe know some small tricks. Many guys doesn't have headset or even sounds at all. But mainly if you can do even two of those things together you'll get out of the silver.

Gold Novas might have ok aim. Mainly they are not preaiming and they don't know about counterstrafing. Strafing out wide and shooting to someone holding a common spot is always an instant report. Movement is horrible most of the time, people are still clearing corners with W+shift. Gamesense sucks, they don't know how and especially when to rotate or even basics about tactics. Holding angles in these ranks is still a huge advantage and guy peeking almost never kills a guy who is holding.

MG/MG2/MGE has a huge skill gap what I've noticed. MG1 players are little bit better than Gold Novas and their aim especially when holding is pretty solid. MG1 awper can easily shoot you down if you are doing stupid peeks. In these levels people start to learn about how to use utility. Also players in lower ranks might use utility but usually it doesn't have any impact. MGE's might be actually pretty good in many ways. Basic aim is usually good, they maybe know something about movement. Overall awareness of the game and situation going on is still bad. They can't read how enemy is going to react or anything. They are focused on their own crosshair. MGE having a very good game can easily play in LE/LEM games without popping out in a bad way. MG1, naah

DMG's are getting close to LE/LEM. They lack some movement but their aim might be as good as LEM's aim. Basic knowledge of the game and gamesense is still lower but not much. LE/LEM are quite same imo. There are many type of players in each rank but some LE/LEM players can have as good aim as Supremes or "bad" Globals. There are a lot of LE/LEM players who can peek, aim, shoot etc at high level. but even in these ranks players lack gamesense. A lot. Players who should outaim their opponents doesn't know about rotations, doesn't understand the timer, doesn't know when you have to react or do something fast and when be silent etc.

When playing in Supreme and especially in Global you can feel the difference. Most (would like to say all) of the players communicate, they know the basics, they can read what's going on. Awareness of what is going on and what's gonna happen next is much more higher than in LE/LEM. In raw aim the difference isn't as noticeable. Gamesense is the biggest difference. Movement is not perfect but usually it is good in global ranks. I like playing Nuke and when I play it with my "boosted Global" account it's sometimes much easier than playing in LEM. Enemies doesn't seem to hit any harder most of the time but teammates communicate much better and rotations are on point etc.

One thing I want to point out is movement. I know few friends who are "boosted" LE/LEM (real ranks maybe like mg1) and they say even in LEM games that it's impossible to play because they can't even see the enemy before dying. I'm not good at movement but for some reasons it vary a lot between different days. We all know that feeling when it feels like there is nothing to do because enemy is shooting so hard. But when you later on watch demo most of the times I see my movement and positioning sucks bad those times. When you are looking at pro players streaming or watch faceit lvl10 streams or even pro games so many times it looks like people are missing a lot of easy shots. But that's because of enemy players are moving well. When I'm smurfing in silver it's a same situation for me. It's so easy to land those shots when people are not moving or they are shiftpeeking. Most times I can just "dance" around a little bit and a silver guy might not hit me even once with his first magazine. That's definitely one of the biggest things (also gamesense is important) in every ranks. Use your training sessions to improve your movement. For example deathmatch in your private server against hardest bots is a good way to train movement. Yes, they are bots and you should and could kill them easily. But, if you are not moving, using different peeks and counterstrafing they will punish you. That's a good test if you are player from lower ranks. Of course you have to practise much more movement. And these new 1v1 practise arenas, use them to practise. For example try not to press W or S at all, use only A+D (+crouch and jumps if you want to but in most cases I would say no) and then mouse1. Good way to learn counterstrafing and preaiming against real opponents.

Sorry, long story and maybe you disagree but just how I see and feel the differences between ranks.

QOTD: Not really. Playing against a five man stack pisses me off at how Gaben still hasn't added a strict solo q option where solo q players will only play with and against fellow solo q

By the way, why do you have to sugar coat silvers? Just spit it out that their biggest mistake is buying p90 every time they can afford it

The real reason behind Silver struggle is communication.. In silver everyone talk too much after death in game. Or talk too much every time.. Or don't have mic. 🙄🙄

Honestly i was in gn for a long time maby like 600 or so hours but once i ranked up from there i went straight with almost no stop to dmg and in WM i went from mg to supreme pretty fast and now im global in wingman and still dmg in mm

The different between Silvers and higher ranked is not so much the aim. It is the understanding of the use of utilities(nades) and tactics. I watched a lot of Silver 4 ranked games and Master Guardian Elite games. To compare them.. Most Silver rank 4 teams had 2 players with good crosshair placement, fast hs kills. Master Guardian Elite also had 2-3 players on each team with good crosshair placement and quick HS kills. There was players in both ranks that also runned around with the aim in the ground and had bad crosshair placement. The only big different was their use of nades and tactics. Getting good and quick aim is the easiest part of Counter Strike. So most people know how to kill quickly and where to aim. Tactics is much harder to learn and understand.

4:46 xD every game i have like at least 35 kills and my teammates doesn't have 15, ok if you say so, Gold Nova teammates are worst
