A lot of people just wall mid every single round without any thought put into it and it just gets broken immediately every time providing zero value and just being a waste of credits.

Another tip is that you don’t always have to put your wall down if you don’t have to.
You can always wait for a better opportunity to use it.

Personally I love to use it as some sort of budget updraft you basically get a wide platform for all sorts of off angles. And you can bring teammates with you.(really funny if a sage walls off something and all 5 of you just wall up it)

It doesn’t always have to be used defensively.

As someone who plays split in attack i allways tell my team to destroy sage wall mid every round, we take mid control she lose her wall for the rest of the round and we can go both ways to b or a

If u wall mail off kinda like the second wall u put but a bit more forward its rlly hard to shoot and gives u a lot more space. Only thing is ropes arent covered. Its not a replacement for the mid wall, but a variation of it that basically givesu the same space as the mid wall but hard to break quickly

You forgot that some noob Sages wall the whole team either out of site, slowing down site entry, or the only rotation route, so if things go bad the whole team dies

enemy sage walling mid in split... I have a fest every time that happens, catch everybody off guard from the back, so yeah, nice tip, keep doing it.

And then jet comes with a dash and a smoke and you spectate your teammates

If i am playing split as a sage, the only area i wall of is mid, with one exception: one of my teammates wanna play op in mid. I only wall up, if i hear anything and hold my wall (very important). If the enemys are breaking it, ask you smoker to smoke it. By successfully holding your wall, you make a a- or b-split nearly impossible. On rounds where i cant fullbuy, i play shotgun close to my wall, its always a free kill.

Also walk around with your gun out. It seems like Sage players always walk with their utilities out for no reason and gets gunned down.
