I paid 299€ for the 4060 and I play on 1080p, cheapest rx7600xt was 349€ where I live, using more power and running hotter and louder so easy pick for me

Rtx 4060 can now be had for under £250 here in the UK, plus that 115 watts really now is a winner because lekky prices are still insane here in the UK, and are forcast to stay that way well into the 4060 here in the UK is a good 1080p gaming card until 2027 or until this whole insane lekky prices drops.

Always funny seeing stuff like this, probably because there are cards a plenty in the US and stuff is actually sold at MSRP and used cards are cheap and exist.

For comparison there are no brand new 3070's in the market here, the 4060 brand new is sold around 340ish dollars, a 7600 XT is sold around 420ish dollars a 7700 is sold at 600ish dollars, the only other option is the 6600 which is sold at around 260ish dollars, the used market isn't any better given how people are asking a price of a 4070 or close for a 3070.

is it worth upgrading to 4060? my current setup rn is i3 12gen + 1660s. i want to upgrade just for better play later to play MH Wild. with i5 12gen + 4060 or 3060 12gb, but im more interested in 4060 since its use less elecrticity. im not looking for 2k or higher resolution since 1080p is enough and i rarely play newest game, mostly retro or below 2020 games.

I have this card becouse friend of mine wanted just to have more space in his storage for PC building. Got her in a box, for 100 Euro so i can not argue if i overpayed or not. Is this card good? Its ok to be hornest and i was shocked it can run W40K Space Marines 2 on such high settings. If you got money thats ok buy something better, if not this card is not bad not good, its ok.

the 3070 will use 100% more power so each month the price of the card increases probly like 10-$15 this means in one year your paying $120-$180 extra to run the card. if your on a 1080p monitor its stupid . for 1440p may be worth it but with FG i tink the 4060 is even better on titles that support it...4060 used also like $280 now... the 40 series with they low power draw really have no competition i believe

in Indonesia RTX 4060 new (zotac) is about 290$, and the RX 7600 is around 315$. weird? yes. because some "cartels" playing the price for RX GPUs here... prices so fkcd up

No one ever thought of the 4060 as good, definitely not budget, especially when the 3060 is the exact same

I have one. I used to have a 2060. Its a BIG upgrade for my rig. I got it for 275 off facebook marketplace.

If anyone is interested. I personally got a Gigabyte 4060 OC Eagle 8GB card. I game on 1080p so its amazing!

i wanted an rx 7600xt... its cost more about 70euro more... 4060 looks fine to be honest. a little bit better in price its done the job well... and thats what i want... i using an rx 580 8gb... man and its still can handle games like diablo 4.... but bechmarks and a lot of tests makes the 4060 one of the best choices if u dont want to do nothing just a basic good pc for gaming so you can play 2024+ new games with high prefs on 1080p or mid-high 1440p+dlss or fsr... for the price/stability/performance looks like 4060 is the best choice. i loved to get that 16gb 7600xt... but idk why... every its better than 4060 with about avarage 2-4 fps... and dlls more stabil right now than fsr... so maybe for 1 year later maybe others will be better. for price performance 4070ti is the goat. or a damn 7900 but the prices are damn high right now so everybody need to decide for itself... do you really want to spend + 100euro or more money for 1-3 fps? sounds bad isnt it? i hope amd drop something epic 6650xt looks damn good choice if u dont have the money for an 4060 :D

Yes in USA. But here 3070 is 1.5x price of 4060. And its still about 20% cheaper than 3060

If you lived in middle east countries like Iran you'll praise this GPU a lot
The 4070/3070 is around 600$/780$
While they're overpriced
But 4060 can be find around 450$ sure it's expensive but it's better than nothing
And you can't find brand new AMD card here cause nobody almost cares to Import it to the country
