This goes out to those GED students who are struggling to pass the Math test. I dropped out of high school 11 years ago. After being out of school and in between jobs for the past couple of years I knew it was time for a change. One day I finally had the courage to sign up and take the practice tests that are required. Passed the actual test for Language arts, Social Studies, and Science on my first try. Unfortunately I failed math. Not surprised since math was always a tricky subject for me. The concept of square roots and letters added to a math problem to solve, made my head hurt lol. I am a pretty positive person but I was crushed. Determined, I would not let that one subject that has always slowed me down stop me from achieving my goal. I strongly advise anyone who is struggling with Math to first learn how to use the calculator. Fractions, decimals, square roots, formulas are all part of the test and your calculator can do it all for you! I passed the second time around due to the confidence I had using the calculator for certain problems. Good luck to everyone who is about to start or is on the journey to get your GED. Congrats to the graduates of 2021 we did it!!!

Oh boy here we go. I ran away from home last year bc i was pregnant and my mom was threatening to force me into abortion. I was only 17 so i dropped out. Now im almost 19. Living in an apartment with a healthy baby, but need to make better income. Thank you for these videos. they help a lot.
