In this video, you will learn how to make the best puff puff recipes, adding milk and egg using 500g of flour . This Nigerian Puff-puff recipe will not take you more than 1 hour to prepare. I hope you enjoy this video.
LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Flour(500g/ 4 cups)
Sugar(21/2 tablebspoons)
Yeast(1 tablespoon)
Butter(1 tablespoons)
Nutmeg (1 tea spoons)
Evaporated milk ( 1 cup / 250mls)
1 medium-sized egg
Ingredients for various quantities of Puff-puff
Step 1
Add your flour to a bowl, add yeast and sugar, and egg and then add your warm milk or yeast mixture if you are not using instant yeast. cover with a kitchen film or clean kitchen towel and allow to proof/ rise or lift for 1 hour maximum.
Step 2
Fry as shown in the video on firly hot oil stiring continuously until brown. take it out of the oil and set it on a scieve or salvet to strain excess oil.
Note
If you are not using instant yeast, just add your yeast and sugar to your warm water and let it proof /sit for 5 minutes before adding it to your flour.
